BACK ON TRACK ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป 6 days in 1kg down I have always been good with my training but lately my body clock has taken a hammering ๐Ÿค• and I had to find a nutrition regime that suited my new timetable. This year I have gained 5.5 kgs which is allot for someone my height so itโ€™s good to find something that finally fits me.....
