What a crazy 6 months! When I launched my @jennispregnancy exercise app back in June, I wasn't prepared for all the amazing comments ❤️ It's been incredible to hear how much it's helped, from the super fit ladies looking to keep strong throughout their pregnancies, to the women wanting the confidence to get and stay active. We've even had several #JennisBaby pics come through! It was such a sad day for us yesterday when we had to say goodbye to our gorgeous dog Myla. She’s been the best dog we could have wished for and brought us so much happiness, the kids absolutely adored her. We got her just after the 2008 Beijing Olympics which I missed due to a horrible injury and she lifted me massively at such a dark time. We have some amazing memories to look back on but we will miss her so much 😢

Here's a bit of #MondayMotivation - a super quick glute circuit that's guaranteed to make those buns burn 🍑🔥 No equipment required! The trick is to make sure your foot doesn't touch the floor for the whole 4 minutes! Fancy it? Here's the exercises (30 seconds for each) - - Bent knees hold - Bent knees up & down - Bent knee forward and back - Straight leg up & down - Straight leg angled back, up & down - Straight leg in front, small circles - Bent knee up & down - Lying down donkey kicks REPEAT ON THE OTHER SIDE Let me know how you get on!
