It has 14 stitches and passes up my belly button so its much bigger than a CS operation. I never tried to cover it up in all my photos because to me its a strong memento of what have been overcome. By the way i have no current Valentus coffee on hand. I only had 1 sachet (1 scoop) valentus since Monday and i used it sparingly to my hot chocolate and i add stevia. Currently i am reading “The Bulletproof Diet” from Dave Asprey. Bulletproof diet is a keto version with intermittent fasting and “healthy” food choices. I have an early client on a Sunday here at Fitness brigade. I only have 1 schedule left for PT so for that one last schedule, am talking multiple clients. after which i do my 100 days fitness and add in a 5 minute treadmill finisher. Here is just did 10 kph 2.5 min and 5 kph for 2.5 min. I barely survived the 10 kph 2.5 min but next Sunday, will see if i can do 3 min. Taking my cardiovascular conditioning slowly. . By the way everyone, today my client @jloucatz just shared me the famous #Valentus Coffee. Am gonna take it before all my fasted hiit workout of 100 days to Fitness. When it starts am gonna be sharing to you my progress. They also changed their ingredients which is Amazing! . I got mine from @passifloracafe.
