Flexiones de Codo ( mal llamadas flexiones de pecho ) Un ejercicio para manejar nuestro peso Corporal. - - El entrenamiento con nuestro peso Corporal o también llamado BodyWeight es una variante más para el entrenamiento y que se usa mucho en Calistenia, que consiste en ejecutar ciertos ejercicio con nuestro propio peso. Es una modalidad en la cual no necesitamos de mucho equipo, sólo ganas de hacer deporte. - Este tipo de entrenamiento puede ser llevado a cabo de muchas maneras. Puedes realizar un número determinado de series y de repeticiones como en un entrenamiento de fuerza normal. Pero...... El entrenamiento con el propio peso trae sus desventajas y es que a comparación de un entrenamiento con pesas. Nosotros podemos manipular las cargas y así generar más dificultad al ejercicio lo cual en el trabajo de peso Corporal no puede haber a menos de que usemos ciertos elementos como lo es el lastre en el que podemos añadir peso y así agregar una carga extra para la ejecución del ejercicio. WHAT A GREAT COMPETITION WITH @hyroxworld . I had alot of fun with everyone and my partner in crime @msiegelman0 . The whole NYC put it all on the line! One of my kryptonite is long distance runs due to asthma so today I had to push through adversity and not quit, which I love so much, I'm type crazy. Being comfortable with being uncomfortable is my way of life and this competition for sure ignited that. . . S/o to the two coaches that got me back into shape since my recent injuries @zoiii3 at @tonehouse and @mattwilpers at @onepeloton you guys within weeks had me feeling confident to take on this run .
