・・・ This is my genuine feeling towards mince pies. I remember when I was younger, the excitement I had at the thought of a MINCE pie... I was deceived 😒(“the de-CEPTION!”).⠀ .⠀ Anyway, my real reason for this post is to briefly address your health and fitness goals in this festive season. ⠀ .⠀ Many of us have more (Christmas) parties, treats, (mince pies are NOT a treat 😷🤚🏿) and alcohol. And in many cases this over indulgence can cause a CALORIE SURPLUS leading to some WEIGHT GAIN. ⠀ .⠀ How do we deal with this? Keep it simple and be ‘MINDFUL’ (This word pops up a lot and I’m often reluctant to use it🙄). We all know what’s good for us, we all know what’s bad for us and we usually have the choice to make one or the other when it comes to nutrition. So be mindful with the amount of ‘treats’ you’re putting into your body.⠀ .⠀ Another thing, don’t feel GUILTY for the choices you make. ACCEPT it, take RESPONSIBILITY, and MOVE on. Thursday was a bitter sweet session. It was my last session at @climbnulu as a member (at least for now) which kinda sucks. It's been difficult for me to adjust to a boulder gym but it was beginning to happen haha. However, the sweet part is that next week my old gym @rocksportclimbinggym is reopening under new ownership after what appears to be a pretty awesome remodel to kick off next year! • My project I've been working is probably the most difficult route I've worked. Its rated a v6 and I agree 😆 lol. This is as far as I've gotten. 5 easy moves left to the finish if I can sustain my strength long enough to make it happen! I'll be going back tuesday to give it one more session. Then back to rope climbing and endurance training to get ready for the next outdoor season! • #climbing #rockclimbing #climbingpics #fun

Jag mår inte bra just nu och jag tror det är för att de är för att det är så himla mycket just nu, det är skolan och stress, snart är det julafton också och jag har inte ens köpt en enda julklapp 🥴 Jag har inte tränat lika mycket och igår så åt jag också några godisbitar..så min decemberutmaning sprack där 💩 Jag är lite besviken på mig själv över att jag inte lyckades hålla det men men vad ska man göra 🤷🏼‍♀️ Vill bara gå och lägga mig och ta julledigt redan nu, men har fortfarande en vecka kvar i skolan.. 🥱 Men känner också typ VAFAN snälla söta rara du, kan jag bara försöka vara lite snäll mot mig själv? December brukar oftast vara hektiskt och det är okej att inte orka träna, eller inte orka med livet överhuvudtaget. Tycker dehär är typ lite jobbigt, att liksom dela med mig om hur jag mår. Men dehär kontot är ju till för det, den är till för att vara ärlig mot mig själv och att försöka peppa mig och andra. ❤️💭 Så om ni är som mig som bara känner att ni vill ge upp och bara ligga i en säng resten av dagen, DO IT, det är OKEJ! ❤️❤️❤️

Rumunjsko dizanje poznatije kao deadlift, je odlična vježba koja najviše aktivira mišiće zadnje lože, stražnjice i donjeg dijela leđa. Vježbu počinjete stojeći uspravno držeći šipku u rukama, tako da su dlanovi okrenuti ka tijelu. Stopala su postavljena u širini ramena, a širina hvata je malo šira od širine ramena. Tokom cijelog izvođenja vježbe ruke moraju biti ispružene, a leđa ravna. Koljena su blago savijena i šipku spuštate ispod koljena. Pri spuštanju je najbitnije kukove gurnuti što je više moguće nazad. Kad šipku spustite do sredine potkoljenice vrijeme je da se uspravite i vratite u početni položaj. Pokret sve vrijeme morate izvoditi kontrolirano, da ne bi došlo do povrede leđa. Kada se dižete u uspravni položaj nemojte koristiti ruke kao pokretač tega, jer je njihova uloga samo držanje šipke. Što se tiče disanja, dok spuštate šipku radite udah, a dok se podižete radite izdah. Ovo je fantastična vježba i za momke i djevojke kada se izvodi pravilno.
