myanylife 🌸 nutrition⁠ .⁠ More to the point - smoothies. ⁠ .⁠ I am utterly addicted to smoothies when I go to both Costa Rica and Bali but funnily enough, I rarely have them at home. I am of the thought that it is still best to actually eat your foods than drink them, and so many smoothies have far too much fructose. ⁠ .⁠ But when in a hot sweaty country on a holiday - pfftttt, all good!
