Social media is the last thing on my mind at the moment but last week was one of the most rewarding weeks I’ve ever had in the 10+ years in the health and fitness industry. . Whilst I will try and post some sporadic educational stuff over the festive period- here’s a picture of me doing some adult PE with friends and a video of the time I almost crushed my spine.
