1sp 💜 Broccoli & Chilli Stuffed Chicken -1 chicken breast -1/2 cup broccoli florets (finely chopped) -1/4 cup of red pepper (finely diced) -1/2 cup of fresh chilli (finely diced) -1/2tbsp lighter than light mayo -25g eatlean protein ppcheese (finely grated) -salt & pepper 1️⃣ Place the broccoli into a bowl, add 1tbsp water, cover with cling film and microwave for 1 minute, then drain the water. 2️⃣ Add the pepper, cheese, mayo, chilli, and seasoning and mix well. 3️⃣ Cut a parcel slit into the chicken, and fill with the broccoli mix. 3 weeks post show & I’m getting SUSHI 🍣 tonight! . This will be my first “free meal” since competing and TBH I didn’t really go over my macros competition weekend or have any spectacular post-show meal. You guys saw all the food I ate in Sac/ San Fran 🥞, but I was definitely on the conservative side with trying treats 🍪 and not really indulging in large portions or calorically dense foods. . Since show weekend, I have been 100% on my macros each and every day 👌. Like I’ve said, the first 4-6 weeks of a reverse diet are the most crucial…. 🤔 so why have a free meal only 3 weeks post show? . 1️⃣ I’m flat. Despite increasing calories, my metabolism is on fire 🔥 and burning through the increased glycogen rather quickly. Having this refeed of intentionally higher carbs and fats will help fill me out and provide fuel for my workouts over the next several days. . 2️⃣ I’m going to track as much of this meal as possible. Plugging in what I plan to order 🍣🥗🐙, but if I’m still hungry after eating that I have no problem eating more… just stopping BEFORE I’m full. . 3️⃣ I intend on having a macro-friendly Thanksgiving meal 🦃 with my husband next week, so I’m not concerned about having too many untracked meals within a short period of time. . Today, I want to talk about why people can be reluctant to buy from awesome coaches who can genuinely transform their lives.⠀ ⠀ I am speaking from experience, but I have discussed this with many of my friends in the field.⠀ ⠀ If you’re doing your job well, you are likely promoting healthy, balanced and sustainable methods of coaching.⠀ ⠀ The problem with a balanced, realistic approach to diet and exercise is that it’s just not sexy.⠀ ⠀ It’s difficult to sell because it doesn’t promise you the moon and stars.⠀ ⠀ We buy based on emotion, and the person/advertisement that can evoke the most powerful emotion in you, will be the one that you buy from.⠀ ⠀ Unfortunately, this is true even if the product or service is a load of shit.⠀ ⠀ We spend billions (with a b) every year on useless supplements and fad diet programs because they promise rapid, spectacular results.⠀ ⠀ Just look at skinny coffee and boombod.⠀ ⠀ You are literally being sold an extreme calorie restrictive diet that has been dressed up in a nice pink box that also involves coffee or some other “detox” drink.⠀ ⠀ This is frustrating for me because I’m very passionate about my job, and If I can get someone on board who genuinely wants to change, I’m confident I can get them a great result.⠀ ⠀ But I’m weaker when it comes to the business end of things, and actually selling is something I’m not fond of.⠀ ⠀ Problem is, if I don’t do it, I won’t help anyone!⠀ ⠀ And that’s the goal at the end of the day, to help you guys.⠀ ⠀ While I do my best to give you valuable content on Instagram, Facebook, email, my Flexi-lean system and through video content, the absolute best way for me to change your life is for you to become one of my clients.⠀ ⠀ But of course, I need to communicate the value and the outcome to you in such a way that evokes an emotional response.⠀ ⠀ This, as I’ve mentioned above, is tricky when you’re selling consistency and balance. ⠀ So, if you’ve been thinking about working with me for while (and I know there are a lot of you out there), consider having a chat with me about how the RYP coaching service can help you.⠀ ⠀ (Continued in the comments) ⤵
