Procedimento In una padella, far soffriggere l’aglio e la cipolla tagliati finemente, poi aggiungere le patate (lavate, sbucciate e tagliate a tocchetti), il cavolfiore a pezzetti, sale e pepe. Coprire il tutto con un litro di brodo vegetale e lasciar cuocere a fuoco medio per 30 minuti circa. Terminata la cottura, frullare bene fino ad ottenere una consistenza liscia ed omogenea. I simply eat, sleep, walk and train. I don’t count fat, protein or carbs. I eat meat, eggs, cheese and some veggies. - The only thing I measure is progress and that’s all based on eating, sleeping and training. They all work together, they all assist each other, they all enhance each other. - With correct amounts of sleep you’ll be more motivated and you’ll have more energy. With poor sleep you’ll have cravings and be Unmotivated. Eating properly will promote eating properly and enhance your training. Over training can disrupt sleep. Over training can make you want to eat like a crazy person. Bad choices with food can negatively impact sleep. Bad choices with food can make you feel like crap about yourself. Bad choices with food can leave you unmotivated to train. A missed training session will make you feel bad about yourself. Feeling bad about yourself can negatively impact sleep. Feeling bad about yourself can lead to binge eating. Ever eat 6 slices of pizza and some Ben and Jerry’s and then you went and smashed a sick workout....me neither! - That’s because those types of would make you shit your pants. Additionally it would just make you feel gross. But for some reason we ain’t got no problem eating like that after training....but there no free pass in this equation. That kind of eating even after exercise is going to lead to crappy sleep.....and you know the story from there. - It’s not easy to get momentum with your eating, sleeping and training but please Understand they are 1. They must be united and those 3 points are the engines in which our body gets momentum from.
