Only thing I can say turning 22, is how happy, lucky and blessed I am. I have so many people who love me and spoil me and I am beyond thankful and blessed for the life I have. I work hard, and I play hard. I’m ready to push myself in the gym even further and work my ass off and mentally and physically stay healthy. Can’t wait for many years to come on this journey.

Looking back at my photos of bamboo trees taken in Bali, I cannot help but see the resemblance of myself and these magnificent bamboo trees. . Transitioning from a teenager to adulthood, I felt like I've needed to be strong to stand up for myself and my values. For many years now, I've told myself that growing up means being strong mentally, to be a woman worthy of respect. . Now, as I transition into my late twenties, I'm beginning to really embody what it means to be a strong woman. Strong to me now means to have the courage to feel into my body, having the strength to be vulnerable and allow myself to feel all emotions that emerge within me, without distraction or impulsively fleeting. To feel into all of life, embracing the good and the bad, with grace and ease. Like a bamboo, strong yet flexible, gracefully swaying through life and shedding the old layers that no longer serve.

Tomorrow i will be starting a 5-day keto #eggfast 🍳 we had an eventful weekend with our friend’s wedding and some delicious food that i so very unapologetically treated myself too ☺️ . ...and with that said...i woke up this morning with my face, feet, fingers, stomach..everything swollen and bloated 🤦🏼‍♀️ i also feel sick - ao i’m looking forward to trying this fast to not only get over this weight plateau but also to detox my body. .
