TRANFORMATIONS🙌🏽👊🏽 These photos are from the start of 2019 to now. Left = start, right = end 💗 Now let’s talk about progress, progress does not happen quickly it can take months- years. You need to be patient. Sometimes I feel like I’m not making any progress and I get really irritated. Then I see past photos or start seeing results and it makes me so so happy🤩 knowing that all my hard work has finally payed off. ———————————————— I said to myself that in 2019 I wanted to “ get my shit together” at the start of the year things were very rocky and I was uncertain about the year ahead. But by the end of it, it all worked out☺️ things I have accomplished in 2019: • I stopped smoking after trying to for 2 years. • I’m more consistent with my workouts and diet. • I did my GCSE’s and finished School. • I removed toxic people from my life & removed toxic habits • I started college & have been doing well so far. • I started a new job that scared me because of my panic attacks but decided to push myself and do it anyway. Even though some days are harder than others. • I have made an impact on so many of my friends and peoples lives helping them in a positive way. •Noticed by the largest gym wear brand in the world @gymshark 😉 • Gained so many PB’s at the gym There are so many more I could go on about but I’m going to save you on how much you have to read and stop there. I’m so excited for 2020 and for what’s to come 🙌🏽 Be grateful and proud for how far you have come mentally and physically. YOU ARE AMAZING!🙌🏽🤩🌈 ———————————————— I want each and every one of you amazing people to challenge yourself next year!💪🏽👊🏽 Do something that scares you, do something you would not usually do. Find your passion and let yourself grow and progress. Don’t sit around waiting for it to unravel, you have to go out there and WORK FOR IT!💯 Sacrifice, consistency, hard work = one of the many keys to Success✨I’m so grateful for everyone who entered my life this year and has had a positive impact on it. ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN. . I knowwwww it’s sooooo annoyinggggg. But it’s true. I never had a six-pack until AFTER I had my kiddos, because I never truly had my diet under control. . A regular day in my tummy looks like this: ✨Brekkie: Pre-portioned cup of @bobsredmill oatmeal with scoop of protein powder & almond milk ✨Snack: half avocado or an apple ✨Big, beautiful salad. Often from @sweetgreen w/ tofu, Spicey broccoli, tomatoes, hot chickpeas, onions, sometimes beets OR winter squash OR sweet potato (lite), and spinach. NO DRESSING (totally unnecessary, so much flavor already!) ✨Big almond milk latte with extra foam (☕️🤤) ✨Maybe another apple if hungry, or a bar if my energy is down. Usually @healthwarrior or @one1brands ✨Dinner - approx 6pm: @amyskitchen Lentil Vegetable soup. Nightly. I never get bored. Add red pepper flakes and YUM. ✨Dessert: Fresh cut pineapple 🍍💃🏼✨ ✨Evening: Hot herbal teas. I’m a total tea freak!! . All day.... CHUG bottles of water. CHUG!! I can’t tell you how often I think I’m hungry then chug some water and realized my mind was playing tricks on me. 💧 . That’s it. Pretty simple! I never get bored because I loveeee these things, so I look forward to and savor every meal. Apples & pineapple are my favorite snacks on the planet. I leave flexibility for dining out & vacations, but even then I stick the something very similar to this approach. The more vague I get, the harder it is for me to manage my eating intuitively. Sugar is a drug and it screws up my thinking, and I have no portion control without structure. . What do you guys do? Muddy buddies or puppy chow? Which name did you grow up saying? Comment below! This was a favorite of mine growing up and this healthy version #ad) does not disappoint. Trust me when I say the batch won’t last long! . Ingredients: •4.5 cup of rice chex. •1/4 cup peanut butter •1/4 cup honey •1.5 Tbsp coconut oil. •10-15 drop vanilla liquid stevia. •1 tbsp Cocoa powder (unsweetened) •4 Tbsp @ancientnutrition chocolate bone broth protein •3 Tbsp powdered peanut butter (Pb2) •1 teaspoon cinnamon. •Dark chocolate chips (optional). , Directions: 1. In a medium sized bowl, melt peanut butter, honey,& coconut oil together in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Then add vanilla stevia 2. Add in Chex to melted honey, coconut oil, peanut butter,& stevia- coat well. 3. Pour coated Chex into a large Ziploc bag. 4. In a separate bowl, Combine cocoa powder, protein powder, & powdered peanut butter. Add powdered mixture into the ziplock with coated Chex 5. Seal bag and shake until coated well. 6. Sprinkle dark chocolate into muddy bubbies (this is optional). ENJOY! . Macros for 1/3c of Muddy buddies (calculated without dark chocolate chips): 16gC, 5gF, 3gP. . Dont you just love people like that 😊 so friendly 〰️ Planned a run today aswel as a gym session but ended up in the health suite after training back and abs 😆 also........
