W O R K O U T D O N E ✅✅✅✅✅ I didnt get home from work until about 6ish - I was so tempted to have an hours rest as I only had one spare hour before having to be at A’s house for dinner with his mum. Instead of just resting and letting that hour pass by I made the most of it. Grabbed my laptop and did a full 45 minutes of working out. After I had finished, I couldn’t believe it. Small steps.

Little known fact your boy used to play pro competitive paintball. I played for many years and I’m getting that itch again😏. Only now I would no longer be a front/snake player with my now much bigger ass 😆. I would be a back player controlling and holding it down. I have to honestly say that I loved ballin just as much as I love bodybuilding now. It’s an awesome game you have to think fast and react fast. Plus communication is key. Teil 3/3 🤓 Dann kam immer mehr Struktur wieder in mein Leben und ich habe wieder angefangen neben Uni, Nebenjob, Sport und Freunde auch wieder Hörbücher und Podcasts zu hören über Themenbereiche, in denen ich mehr lernen möchte (Persönlichkeitsentwicklung, Unternehmensgründung, Führen von Personen, Sinn des Lebens & Philosophie, Social Media etc.). :) Das ging dann soweit, dass ich wieder jede freie Minute genutzt hab mich irgendwie weiterzubilden. Beim duschen & fertig machen im Bad, beim Autofahren, im Gym, beim Essen, beim arbeiten und und und. Dann habe ich auch wieder angefangen mich mit meinen Ideen, die ich so hab auseinanderzusetzen und diese voranzutreiben. 🤓 Die Diät ging immer besser und einfacher voran. Wenn ich in irgendeinem Bereich Fortschritte gemacht hatte und Erfolge erzielt hab, hat das auch die ganzen anderen Bereiche positiv beeinflusst. 🤓 Ich hatte auch in der ganzen Zeit einige negative Ereignisse, wie zum Beispiel verschiedene Verletzungen (Fersensporn, Rückenprobleme, durch meine Krankheiten am Rücken, etc.), hatte zwei mal ein Magengeschwür (Stressbedingt) und hab einen Freundeskreis „verloren“ wovon zwei meiner besten Freunde dabei waren und 2 weitere Bekannte. Und diese komplette Struktur, die Routinen, dieses positive Gerüst, was man sich aufbaut, hält einem weiter drin und gibt einem Halt, so dass es mir das alles gar nichts ausgemacht hat. 🤷🏽‍♂️ In den ganzen 41 Wochen habe ich nicht ein einziges Training verpasst, habe alle meine To-do‘s erledigt, habe so verdammt viel dazugelernt und mich selbst mal wieder viel besser kennengelernt. 🤓 Ich bin so zufrieden und glücklich wie schon lange nicht mehr und fühle mich „angekommener“ im Leben und habe das Gefühl mich selbst wesentlich besser zu verstehen. 🤓 Was ich mit all dem sagen möchte ist, dass der Sport einem so viel mehr geben kann als Muskeln. Er kann einem helfen eine Struktur für sein Leben aufzubauen, die Basis herzustellen und zwar einen gesunden Körper, an Grenzen zu gehen und auch viele Sachen die Disziplin und Durchhaltevermögen lehren. 🤓

Freedom lies in being bold. Robert Frost How lucky I am to be able to spend some time in Israel. I really love the food, the places and of course the people. I had the chance to make really interesting conversations about freedom and what I liked more is their idea to keep learning at every age. I think learning and travelling are the keys to grow as a person at every age. Our attitude towards life is key. If we don’t want to learn and weare afraid of a lot of things we will miss a lot of opportunities and failures. Yes I wrote failures because now I can say I thanks every bad thing that happened to me. They made me me. They made me realised I wanted to change some aspects of my life, they made me bolder. I wish you a bold bold life full of learning and full of mistakes.
