🎄Where I’m hoping tonight’s 3 course Xmas dinner is going tonight 🍑except like you can’t spot reduce fat you can’t decide where you make most gains so keep lifting in the areas you want to grow (aka hip thrusts for 🍑) and enjoy the process (including eating✨) . ✨Also the last 3 days I got up early (which was so hard because I haven’t been sleeping well either) to hit the gym because again I’ve got lots of plans this weekend and Friday night.
