Ending the weekend with a burger treat! Yay! 🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔 Did you know @herocertified uses angus beef without hormones, antibiotics or fillers? I wish this was an ad and I was sponsored with weekly burgers lol!!! But in all seriousness, at one point in my life I was a vegetarian and now I can’t live without my beef...so my message is: listen to your body. Our bodies are constantly evolving and we need to make choices accordingly. Your body always gives you signal about your nutrition, your health and even your emotions....when you’re tuned in and listening in...so today, I heard burgers ;)

I was hanging with my roommate on the couch and was for sure gonna take a rest day but I figured it’d be better to do something rather than nothing🤷🏻‍♀️ . I LOVE back and shoulder day so this was a nice lil treat to end my very busy Tuesday! I had two exams today so I was really not feeling the gym😢 .
