‘Change your program every 4 weeks’ is probably the worst bit of advice I got in the gym when I first started training . . You can make progress by sticking to the same movements in the gym, you DON’T need to constantly keep changing what you do. . . 175kg RDL for 5 reps with my goal of 180 in sight for 1-2 reps 🥳
