Esplora la mappa interattiva @volgomappa, segui il nostro profilo nazionale @volgoitalia Per eventi e collaborazioni link in bio RICETTA: INGREDIENTI Per il risotto 1 kg di stinco di ossobuco 1 patata 1 cipolla 1 costa di sedano 1 carota 1 dado vegetale 1 l Brodo vegetale 320 gr di riso Mezzo bicchiere di vino bianco 1 scalogno 2 cucchiai Olio extravergine d'oliva Una noce di burro Parmigiano grattugiato q.b. 2 bustine di zafferano Per gli ossibuchi 4/5 ossibuchi 100gr di farina di riso 2 coste di sedano 1 cipolla 1 porro 1 foglia di alloro sale e pepe qb salvia timo e rosmarino un po' di concentrato di pomodoro brodo qb ➖➖➖➖➖➖ PROCEDIMENTO Iniziamo con il bollito per un buon brodo, mettete lo stinco intero di ossobuco in una pentola alta con la patata, la cipolla, il sedano, la carota, il dado vegetale, sale qb, l'acqua e lasciamo andare il tutto per almeno 4h/5 aggiungendo acqua quando serve, a fine cottura la carne sarà quasi staccata dall'osso svuotiamo l'osso recuperando tutto il midollo che ci servirà per il risotto che iniziamo a fare con un trito di scalogno un filo d'olio e facciamo rosolare aggiungendo il midollo e mezzo bicchiere di vino bianco dopo 3 / 4 minuti mettiamo il riso e cominciamo la cottura aggiungendo brodo ogni volta che serve come in ogni risotto a 5 minuti dalla fine aggiungiamo lo zafferano un paio di bustine quando il risotto è pronto spegniamo e iniziamo la mantecatura aggiungendo una noce di burro e del parmiggiano grattuggiato e amalgamiamo il tutto, bene il risotto e pronto da Impiattare. Per gli ossibuchi: prendete 4 ossibuchi ben puliti e asciutti li passiamo in farina di riso, prepariamo un trito di sedano cipolla carota e porro un po' dolio in una pentola antiaderente e facciamo rosolare, poi aggiungiamo gli ossibuchi li giriamo per due o tre volte, un bicchiere di vino bianco e facciamo sfumare per 4 / 5 minuti poi 3 mestoli di brodo del bollito e (CONTINUA NEL PRIMO COMMENTO)

There’s always lots of questions about this recipe... and we’ve got some of the answers to them in the caption.. . . . Tandoori Chicken 4-6 chicken legs 4 tsp mint sauce 4 tsp INDUS tandoori masala 2 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp ground black pepper 4-6 tsp lemon juice 3 tsp veg oil Salt to taste (although the tandoori masala is salted and I feel it doesn’t need it) Mix the ingredients together to make the marinade, taste and adjust salt/lemon juice accordingly. Score the chicken legs and pour marinade over and mix, leave to marinate for a few hours. Heat a non stick frying pan... and view the Instagram story highlights to see how I cooked the chicken! . . . FAQs 1. The recipe? It has been saved on Instagram highlights and it is a fairly detailed recipe video. 2. Do you not add yoghurt?
