Bread has always been a weak point for me and this is one of my favorites.. I have always used it pretty heavily in the offseason. But I tend to get very bloated and winded in the offseason too. I have kept my sugar intake a bit lower than in previous years but I still eat sugar on occasion. . However I have cut out bread almost completely minus maybe one egg meal with bread or a bagel per week. The rest would only be at restaurants. We have been using low carb wraps in place of bread and this has me feeling better than ever!! . Just thought I would share as it took me 12 years to figure out how much harm bread was causing 🤣🤣 or maybe just to learn the self control to try the offseason without it anyways 👊 #nobread #nodairy #littlesugar bc let's be honest it's too good to cut all together 🤣🤣
