While grabbing some #cardiffcrack @cardiffeasidemarket today, Sal and I found fresh branzino and had to give it a go. MULTIPROTEIN DINNER - #proteinvegetablefood # Cook the sesame seeds, white quinoa, amaranth (all previously soaked and well rinsed) with the magic cooker with a tablespoon of turmeric and one of oil as well as a little water. Subsequently, after 5 minutes, add the lentils (obviously soaked and rinsed) and, after another 10 minutes the rice. Cook for another 10 minutes adding water as needed and the fresh mushrooms cooked a little apart. Then turn off the heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes. You will get a very protein-rich, digestible and crunchy rice thanks to sesame seeds. Of course there are many things I realize, but if you don't try, you don't know what's good and what's not. TRASLATED IN ITALIAN CENA MULTIPROTEICA Cuocete con il magic cooker i semi di sesamo, la quinoa bianca, l'amaranto( tutti precedentemente ammollati e ben sciacquati) con un cucchiaio di curcuma e uno di olio oltre che poca acqua. Successivamente, dopo 5 minuti, aggiungete le lenticchie (ovviamente ammollate e sciacquate) e, dopo altri 10 minuti il riso. Fate cuocere per altri 10 minuti aggiungendo acqua al bisogno e i funghi freschi cotti un poco a parte. Dopo spegnete il fuoco e lasciate riposare un paio di minuti. Otterrete un riso molto proteico, digeribile e croccante grazie ai semi di sesamo. Certo ci sono molte cose me ne rendo conto ma se non si prova non si sa cosa può andar bene e cosa no. Prepararlo è semplicissimo ⬇️ 80 gr albume 35 gr farine miste (per me senza glutine 😉) 40 gr mirtilli freschi Liev: Idrolitina più acqua Mescolare albume, farine e lievitante, versare in un pentolino scaldalatte una parte dell impasto, dopo qualche istante i mirtilli e subito dopo l impasto restante. 15 minuti da un lato e 5 dall altro.
