فيه دراسات اثبتت ان معدل الحرق اثناء الليل مثله مثل النهار .. قد ينخفض في في النصف الاول من دورة النوم لكنه يرتفع في النصف الثاني من دورة النوم. . الرياضة اثناء النهار بترفع معدل الحرق الاساسي اثناء الليل عشان الجسم بيعمل ريكفاري. . طب اقولك الكبيرة بقي .. فيه دراسة قارنت بين اللي بياكلوا ٨٠٪؜ من الكاربوهيدرات اثناء الليل وبين اللي بياكلوا غالبية الكاربوهيدرات اثناء ساعات النهار. . النتيحة ان المجموعة اللي اكلت غالبية الكاربوهيدرات مساءا خسيت اكتر من المجموعة الاخري ده غير ان قدرتهم علي الالتزام بالدايت كانت اعلي ومزاجهم احسن. . الخلاصة : لو بتحب تاكل بالنهار كل ولو بتحب تاكل بليل براحتك ومتحاولش ترغم نفسك علي نمط تغذية غير مناسب ليك بسبب كلام فاضي بيتقال. . #gymfood #bodybuilding #fitness
