The Adductors. ⠀ ⠀ Try this adductor bridge to strengthen your adductors and hip region. ⠀ ⠀ The adductors play a much larger role than simply bringing your leg closer to the midline. In both movement and life. . . Reposted from @portal.ido - There are three main approaches to controlling your performance of anything: 1. Make less errors 2. Manage better your errors once they occur 3. A combination of 1+2 I’ve always been a believer in path number 3. Having the combination of both better decision making and the ability to dig yourself out of bad decisions is giving you better control by alternating letting go of control and assuming control whenever appropriate. Some will be surprised to find that those ‘better days’ or ‘in the zone’ moments are at times more about improved error management than about perfection of execution.... If your practice does not include both error management and improved execution you will always be missing the mark regarding controlling yourself in the chaos of motion. This is true for all layers - as above so is below! #movementculture #idoportal
