So WHAT is a Jennis Circuit and HOW do they get REAL RESULTS? Jess designed the Jennis app circuits, incorporating two principles, both of which she used in her athletics training. The first is Pyramid Training, which is a collection of sets of the same exercise, and is all about the length of time we exercise for in each set. We start with a shorter time period to warm you up, building up to longer sets to test those muscles, before dropping back to a shorter set again. The second principle is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), which all about working your body hard, shocking it with activity and rest. Add both the Pyramid and HIIT principles together and you’re basically blasting your body into getting fitter by constantly surprising it with ramped-up activity. WINNER.
