Na al die jaren therapie en ellende is het soms niet altijd makkelijk. Bepaalde negatieve gedachtes en overtuigingen blijven toch soms een beetje hangen en belemmeren af en toe in het werk. Hoe fijn is het dat mijn werkgever mij dit gunt en me de kans geeft te leren het verleden echt los te laten en om te buigen naar een waardevolle les voor anderen en het beste uit mijzelf te halen! Мои первые шаги и лайфхаки в медитации 🧘‍♀️ ⠀ Начнём с того, что подавляющее большинство вдохновляющих меня личностей в том числе, Илон Маск, Стив Джобс, Клинт Иствуд - медитирующие. ⠀ По их словам, это даёт возможность быстрой перезарядки ума, помогает снимать стресс, получать инсайты из пространства и конечно же управлять своими эмоциями и состояниями. ⠀ Я практикую чуть менее года, вижу и ощущаю пользу, и готова поделится своим опытом. ⠀ ✨Первое, с чем сталкиваются новички - это поток мыслей, неумение сосредоточится на голосе инструктора. Это ваш мозг привыкший к постоянному потоку информации бунтует. Попробуйте отнестись к медитации не как к тоскливой практике, а как к интеллектуальному приключению. Сознательно думайте о том, что говорит инструктор, вызывайте эти мысли и ощущения осознанно (!) 💪🏻🧠 ⠀ ✨Вторая проблема - чрезмерная планка. Это когда вы решили в какой-то понедельник, что ваша жизнь не будет прежней. Вы начнёте медитировать, читать, заниматься спортом и тд. Начинайте с малого, есть приложения, бесплатные, если кого интересуют - пишите, подскажу. Начинайте с простых медитаций утром по 5-10 минут. Главное в этом деле навык, тут без регулярности никак. ⠀ ✨ Сходите на групповую медитацию для новичков, там подробно вам объяснит инструктор, те вещи которых вы не найдёте в ни в одной записи/приложении, так же на групповых медитациях инструктор работает с вами энергетически, можно сказать ведёт вас по состояниям и пространству. ⠀ ✨Не спешите, ведь первичная задача медитации - замедлить беспокойный ум. ⠀ Остались вопросы? Stress in its self is not a bad thing. Our brain kicks in and our bodies go into fight or flight mode when we sense danger. This sets off our biological reactions to think or act fast to get away from the danger. But constant chronic stress can take its toll on the health and well-being of the body eventually causing illness or depression. Magnesium known as natures tranquilliser is excellent when it comes to stress and in helping you relax and sleep well. Green vegetables - nuts - seeds and legumes are rich in magnesium. Taking. a magnesium supplement will support the body further too. Although sugar and alcohol are often tempting especially during periods of stress they are both unhelpful in alleviating stress and actually reduce the body’s ability to absorb nutrients in times of stress. Program more self-awareness and choice in what you choose to eat. Deliberately notice what you want when you are stressed. Is it crisps, chocolate, alcohol or any other comfort food because you will often be drawn to the same types of food during times of stress. Instead of repeating this pattern imagine buy a and eat the healthier version of that. Select the right foods for your body and mindset. Keep doing it until it becomes a habit. Practice thinking about the best foods you can support your body and consciously do this every time you make a food decision. Shop differently if the trigger is a certain place. Go somewhere new or shop in a smaller more organic environment where you may be less tempted to buy too much or the wrong ingredients. Write a list and stick to it. Only buy what you have set out to buy or need nothing more. Focus on the goodness that you need, that your body needs and the nourishment your brain requires to function correctly. At the end of each week check in with how your body feels from eating a particular food that would not have chosen previously. Focus on small mini goals not the end goal or outcome. Focus on the lifestyle that works for you and gives you sustainable results. Switch from physical focus to psychological well- being and notice how much more relaxed you feel and watch the results happen.

Elle m'a permis de comprendre que la méditation n'est pas un instant déconnecté du monde mais un retrait de quelques instants pour se connaitre soi-même pour mieux s'ouvrir au monde extérieur. Elle te révèle que le chaos n'est pas à l'extérieur mais à l'intérieur et qu'il faut que tu l'acceptes et de faire face.
