I was always super insecure about not having an ass. I mean for God sakes my childhood bestfriend nicknamed me “stitch” for not having a STITCH! Of ass 🍑🤦🏾‍♂️social media didn’t help, i mean if you’re not draggin a wagon forget those high analytics🥴I had developed these massive legs from dancing so long, and yet my butt was literally on strike from growing. The better i learned how to program my workouts, the more i understood how to grow and define my butt. By 31, i did manage to grow my glutes BUT HERES THE THING: this is my. Fucking. Body. And i love every inch of it. I love my big feet, i love my hands, my legs, and i love my little ass. YOU! Are the standard. And everything on YOU! Is a reflection of perfection that NO ONE can take away or validate but YOU! Love yourself! Does it help establish the mysterious "mind-muscle connection"? Or is it simply the biggest way to be a douchebag in the #gym ? - *Here's my thoughts on all of the above. There's empirical evidence that the #flex between sets is a great way to #pump fresh blood into the muscle, providing the nutrients and oxygen the #muscles need. - 2) Does #flexing between sets help establish the mind-muscle connection? So make sure to get some movement after every 45-60 minutes.⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ ☕️ TOO MUCH CAFFEINE: Especially people who consume lots of coffee are faced with this problem. It would be best to avoid coffee 8 hours before you go to sleep, to make sure that the caffeine isn‘t working anymore.⁣ Otherwise you will have sleep problems.⠀ ⁣⠀ 💀 BAD SLEEP QUALITY: A mattress that is too hard or too soft will lead to this problem.⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 📱 TOO MUCH DISTRACTION: Avoid blue light at least 30 minutes before sleep. Your room should be cool, dark and quiet.⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 🍔 POOR DIET: A deficit in nutrients will always leave its marks.⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ 🔋 LOW IRON LEVELS: I really want to mark this point, as this was the reason for my tiredness. För att tjejer ska bygga ”manlig” fysik krävs mer än bara vikter. 2. Varför ska musklerna kopplas till det maskulina? Varför får inte tjejer bygga muskler så som de vill utan att de blir kallade ”en man”? Det är ju helt okej och normalt ifall en kille inte har muskler men så fort tjejer rör hantlarna är det värsta grejen. Alla har olika mål i sin träning, och det är deras egna business. Bilderna är även är bra exempel hur mycket vinkel och posering förändrar ens utseende och kropp. Idag påverkas vi mycket av sociala medier. Det är en faktor som säger hur man ska och inte ska se ut, men varför inte bortse från det och köra det man känner för? Consistency is key 🔑 Did I go on a crazy diet? NO Did I spend hours everyday in the gym? NO Did I restrict my food? NO I also enjoyed a pizza or two, and good times with friends 🥂 I stayed consistent, I prepped my meals as always so I wouldn’t be to tempted. I went to the gym 3-4 times per week mostly strength training 💪 But I also made sure I hit my protein target each day as it is important for growth and recovery 😊
