Keeping it cozy this morning with this yummy bowl! Yesss!! Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal «Pie»! Adding power fruits to the oats make it even more fun to look at and of course super delicious to eat!! 🍂 Fun facts: « apples are miracles » 1. they are amazing for digestion 2. they have incredible anti-inflammatory properties 3. They offer nourishment for our neurons. 4. They help cleanse and purify our organs. They are literally super stars ✨ And the cinnamon antioxidant power is superior to any other fruit or vegetable. as described by the @medicalmedium 🥥 Ingredients: 1/2 cup rolled oats (GF) @bobsredmill 2 tbs creamy buckwheat (GF) @bobsredmill 1/2 cup water 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 apple, peeled and thinly sliced 1 tsp cinnamon Pinch of himalayen salt 1tsp raisins 1tsp raw honey @oneroot Cashew butter, to taste Rawlona, Cacao nibs to taste 🥥 Instructions Placed the sliced apples on a baking sheet and top it with cinnamon and raw honey. Bake it at 400°F for approx. 10min. In a small pan cover the oats and the buckwheat with almond milk and water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, adding the sea salt and the raisins; and let simmer until thickened. Once the oatmeal is done, drizzle it with cashew butter, then add baked cinnamon apple slices, and top it with the rawlona, cacao nibs or any other toppings of your choice. Your weight loss struggles! A series with Ruth: 06 - “How do some people eat and eat and never put on weight?” This is a question so many people ask from such a young age and they feel that others have it easy and don’t have to try as hard. The simple explanation to this is that you actually don’t have a clue what they are eating. You may see them eat a big dinner when out with friends or a big portion of cheesy chips after a night of cocktails but do you know what they ate the rest of that day or the rest of the week? Do you know how active they are and how much they move on a daily basis? It may come across like they eat loads but on a weekly basis they are just staying within maintenance or even going under. They may not be doing it on purpose but people have different intuitions when it comes to eating. Some people only eat when they are hungry and that’s enough. Others may eat out of boredom, because they are thirsty or find it easy to go past the feeling of fullness. The reality is even though they may eat a lot in one sitting doesn’t mean they eat that way every meal every day. They may constantly be on their feet every day and fidget through the night too, meaning they are probably burning more calories simply down to their lifestyle. So when you ask yourself that question again know that you really have no idea what goes on behind their closed doors. Concentrate on your goals and stop worrying about what everyone else is doing. If you see someone lose weight, it doesn’t mean that they have a magic pill that you don’t know about, it just means they are have taken action and doing something about it.

Acá les dejo los pasos.⬇️ ° ° BURGER FIT🍔 ° ° ▶️Boniato🥔 ▶️Burger de pollo y Espinaca (podéis usar la Proteína que queráis🍗🍖🥩 (la que use es del @aldi.es ▶️Lechuga🥬 ▶️Queso rulo de cabra🧀 ▶️Rodajas de tomate🍅 ° ° ... No necesitáis más nada. ° ° Las Rodajas de boniato (lo que en una hamburguesa normal sería el pan) son al horno: he cortado de un boniato grande Rodajas de alrededor de 0,5cm de grosor; las he colocado en una bandeja con papel de horno, un chorrito de AOVE, una pizca de sal y un toque de orégano... Al rededor de 25 min a 160°...
