I like starting with this exercise bc it really helps me activate my lats for the rest of the workout. 2️⃣ Chest Supported Row (@elitefts the heaviest chest supported row ever)- 2 warm up sets followed by an all out set pretty close to failure. 3️⃣ Cable Row - 1 warm up set and then 1 all out set. 4️⃣ Kayak Cable Pullover - 3 sets of 15 5️⃣ Back Extensions (Not Shown) - 3 Sets of 15 6️⃣ Stretch Pecs, Lats and Shoulder Hang 7️⃣ Feet Elevated 4-7-8 Breath Work for 5 Minutes. This is an amazing way to put your body back into a parasympathetic state. Which is also known as the Rest and Digest system. I actually enjoyed the prep work and am beyond excited to put my food processor to the task with chopping, slicing, shredding, kneading, blending, and even pureeing. Wrzuć rozgniecioną trawę cytrynową, imbir pokrojony w cieniutkie plastry oraz posiekane suszone papryczki (ilość oraz rodzaj papryczki dobierz pod siebie lub nie dodawaj wcale) i podgrzewaj na małym ogniu przez 5 minut. Cranberry + Chocolate is a match made in heaven 🙌 earlier this week I made chocolate granola to top my smoothie bowls with then added cranberries one day and BOOM, flavor explosion 😯 This has been my breakfast for the past 4 days and I'm loving it. No better start to the day than when it involves CHOCOLATE 😋 All I did was blend almond milk, banana, sweet potato, frozen zucchini, flaxseed, and @lilsipper cacao probiotic @nuzest protein powder. Then topped with halved cranberries + granola! I'm working to perfect the recipe (for granola) then will share asap! 💞 Last night I decided to paint my room at 5 p.m. , finished at 8 p.m. and wound up sleeping on the floor under my Christmas tree because my room was freezing cold (open windows), smelled of paint, and had everything shoved into center of room. It's the most wonderful time of the year, indeed. It’s also a damn obstacle course of calorie excess. But I’m here to help you navigate this and find a solution to avoid packing on that extra holiday weight. To be honest, though, the rules for the holidays are not unlike the rules for any other time of the year: . 🏋🏾Lift heavy shit a few times per week. Keep using your muscles when you can. Stay active as much as possible. Walk in the malls, take the stairs, dance with love ones, have sex. The possibilities are endless. . 🍗Fill up on protein and produce. Got a big feast coming up? Awesome, save the carbs and fats for the party and in the lead-up, just focus on hitting your protein goals and grabbing tons of filling fibrous foods. . 🍪Be mindful of portion sizes. Enjoy the cookie. Just don't go face-first into the entire batch. Unless they are fresh out of grandma's oven, in which case, you have my permission to eat like an asshole. . 😎Most importantly: Enjoy yourself.
