Do what is good for YOU - not what is good for your social media account. 💯☝️ . Three little exercises I do for my shoulders, focus on stability and the correct movement of the scapula. Notice: avoid any exercises that hurt and it‘s no shame to use very light weights - if it‘s a way you can train again and prevent big pain - go for it. . Ich trainiere die Übungen, die für mich Sinn ergeben und mich weiterbringen. Und nicht die, die für Instagram gut aussehen 🍑 Und wenn ich dafür nur eine 1.25kg Scheibe in der Hand habe.. Es muss nicht immer das Neueste vom Neuen sein (was es auch nicht mehr gibt). Back to basics macht oft viel mehr Sinn. Und auch wenn einige Übungen auf den ersten Blick komisch aussehen.. sofern sie dich weiterbringt oder für dich einen Sinn ergibt - mach sie! Für mich sind die drei Schulterübungen im Moment wichtig, weil ich sie ansonsten gar nicht trainieren kann. Dann lieber so und den Fokus auf die Bewegung selber legen.
