Good morning friends 🥰❤️ Hubbys breakfast today ~ #Cheese #Toast with the last of the @panshirou #shokupan (I wrapped & froze 1/2 of each the two loaves hubby brought back & take out a 1/4 at a time as needed & put in refrigerator to thaw out overnight). I toast my bread 🍞 first and then into the toaster oven (or under the broiler) to melt the cheese 🧀 . That way you get really toasty Cheese Toast that won’t be soggy under the cheese. See how I cut into the top of the bread like a plus sign ➕ with the knife? You can see the cuts on the side. This makes the Cream Cheese & Cheese really soak into the toast. Yes I said Cream Cheese!! Make shallow cuts into a thick piece of bread like a plus sign ➕ then Toast the bread first like I said above. Next spread softened Cream Cheese (you can soften in microwave for just a few seconds) on the top of the Toast first then top with your favorite shredded Cheese, don’t skimp (I use an Italian shredded cheese mix). The cream cheese makes it EXTRA cheesy and soooo good! Place the toast on a covered sheet pan (because the cheese will spill over) & place into the toaster oven or under the broiler for a minute or two (make sure you watch it so it doesn’t burn!) until cheese is melted & bubbly. I like to top with a little freshly ground black pepper. This morning I made the most perfect pancakes! I used the Pampered Chef brownie mold. Super quick. Super easy. I used one cup of @kodiakcakes and mixed it with water. Poured one spoonful in five tins. Baked for 15 minutes at 350°. About the technology. But not about the cookies. I would never joke about cookies. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 cup pitted dates⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons almond butter⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2 tablespoons maple syrup⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3/4 cup oat flour⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1/2 cup old fashioned oats⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1/2 cup unflavored protein powder (I used collagen peptides)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ zest of 1 orange⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 teaspoon water⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1/4 cup unsalted almonds, very roughy chopped⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1/4 cup dried cranberries⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INSTRUCTIONS⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In a food processor, pulse the dates until smooth. Add in the almond butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Pulse again until combined.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add in oat flour, oats, protein powder, orange zest, and water. Mix until combined. Fold in almonds and dried cranberries.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Roll mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls. press down between two pieces of parchment paper. Place in fridge to set for at least 30 minutes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Once set, remove from fridge and drizzle with melted white chocolate, if using. Add in half a cup of milk of your choice to get a creamy texture. Perfect and easy breakfast for any morning! 😍 Ingredients for 9 muffins: • 3 bananas • 5 eggs • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2 scoops @coffeeovercardio salted caramel hydrate 🤪 • Almond butter •coconut oil for the muffin pan Mash the bananas first, add the eggs and all the other ingredients. Warm up oven to 375F. Whisk all ingredients. Spray or spread the coconut oil to muffin pan for 9 pieces. Pour them in ( don’t use paper, they will stick like crazy!) cook 15 min. Chill for 1-2 min. Spread some almond butter on top and Enjoy! 🤤 My favourite so far!!! So yummy!
