Simply roast carrots at 180 Celsius until soft. they should caramelize a bit which gives them a really sweet flavor without adding any honey or maple syrup (which you could also do if you want them super sweet). Hoy le toca a @mariaelenamarfetan de @lodetererestaurante que nos regala esta receta de palometa con aceite y romero. . Ingredientes: 🐠350 grs. De filet de palometa 🧅80 grs. de cebolla en juliana 🧄2 dientes de ajo 🌿1 ramita de romero 💧250 ml. de oliva 🥂80 ml. de vino blanco 🥄80 ml. de vinagre de arroz 🧂Sal y pimienta . Ingrédients : - 2 cuillères à soupe de pâte à tartiner de votre choix (nutella ou autre) - 1 œuf - 1 cuillère à soupe de sucre - 2 cuillères à soupe de farine Préparation: - Dans une tasse mettre les 2 cuillères à soupe de pâte à tartiner et faire chauffer au micro ondes 30 secondes - Ajouter la cuillère à soupe de sucre et l’œuf. Bien mélanger à la fourchette - Ajouter les 2 cuillères à soupe de farine. Crock Pot Mulled Wine ————————— 1 btl Merlot ½ cup Brandy 2 cups orange juice 1 cup fresh whole cranberries 1/3 cup sugar 1 medium orange 2 tbsp whole cloves 2-3 cinnamon sticks ————————— 1- Put orange slices with cloves stuck into it at the bottom of the crock-pot then add remaining ingredients 2- Cook on low for 2-3 hours making sure it does not boil 3- Remove the orange and cinnamon sticks carefully, strain the wine through a fine sieve into a large bowl. 4- Use a spoon to press juices out of the cranberries into the wine. Recipe details on this delish granola are below 👇🏼 . . ✨Today’s mantra: where my attention goes, universal energy flows. I am focusing on my desired outcome. ✨ . . Coconut chia seed GRANOLA! 3 cups oats 2 T chia seeds 1/3 cup honey 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut Preheat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients except coconut until combined. Spread mixture evenly onto baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, then add coconut on top and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
