De nombreuses études s’intéressent aux déséquilibres de force entre ces deux groupes musculaires. . Résultats ✅ . 🔺Un déficit de force localisé sur les muscles extenseurs par rapport aux fléchisseurs influencerait l’apparition de pathologies pubo-femorale type pubalgie. 🔺 Un rééquilibrage suite à un renforcement des lombaires (majoritairement en déficit) préviendrait des lombalgies. . Deadbugs are a great way to strengthen the core and build your foundational strength. I know with the new year right around the corner many people who have been inactive will be jumping into working out which is great. But please don’t over do it right away. Don’t try attempting crazy core challenges that you aren’t ready for just yet because you haven’t been training and doing the basics like this. Not only is this great for the core, but it will also help with alleviating lower back pain if that’s something you deal with as that core gets stronger. Make sure you keep the belly tight (core engaged) throughout this movement, and keep your movements controlled as @lana_wenger does here.
