Week 4 at the gym. I'm really starting to notice change in myself even if you can't always see it. My arm muscles feel stronger and my upper body feels more defined. Although I'm not losing any weight (still got my beer belly) I can feel the muscles growing. If I keep going they'll hopefully start to push through. This whole routine today was more muscle centred and a huge step up for them.
