60 hour keto reboot fast complete! ✔️ I started out a few pounds over my lowest weight at 179.8. I weighed myself this morning and I was 171.2!!! This is the lowest I’ve been in years! That’s over 8lbs that I’ve lost since Sunday. It was hard, especially this morning, I spent an hour puking but I think it’s the keto flu getting back into ketosis. I am so proud of myself for sticking to it and not consuming anything but water and what came in my reboot box! 🦋 IT IS YOU 🆚 YOU 🦋 You need to eliminate the thought of wanting all the success to happen overnight. Never did I imagine in my wildest dreams that I would lose 15 or 20kg let alone over 45!!🤯 Moral to the story is you don’t need to have everything sorted out in order to have success or to make progress. By cutting out junk foods/sugary drinks, monitoring portion control and starting with minimal walking a few times a week I managed to lose weight. Not only did the number start to shift on the scale, but I felt a shift I’m myself- a sense of achievement and self-satisfaction. From then onwards I knew that I didn’t need to go on a restrictive ✌🏻diet✌🏻 or exercise regime to lose weight. It’s so important to go at your own pace, and if that slow and steady 🐢 so be it. Some progress is better than no progress at all.💯 Sometimes transformation isn’t always about hitting a goal on the scale. It can be overcoming food binges, strength goals in the gym or maintaining a healthy life balance overall. This was 4 weeks ago when I started my journey & I was happy then and I’m still happy now. You’ll never hear me say that I hated myself, or that I was ugly and fat and that’s why I wanted to change. I will never use such harsh words on my vessel. I love myself fully now that I want to change, I love myself enough now to eat better, live better and to be healthy in my diet and exercise so that when I have children I can play with them. I want to be a healthy example to my future kids. I am so lucky to have such a loving partner (the one recording the video) he has loved me and continues to love me for me. Buenas tardes! A veces lo más simple es lo más bueno. Sé que hay mucha gente que no es amante de las verduras pero son muy buenas y necesarias 💚 A mí la coliflor me parece buenisima, yo intento siempre dejarla al dente. Y las zanahorias igual (estás si eran congeladas, igual que los guisantes 🙈). Este plato no tiene mucho que explicar la verdad, pero por si hay algún novato en clase vamos con la receta 📝😉 🔹Ingredientes🔹 ✔️Coliflor ✔️Zanahorias y un poco de brócoli ✔️Huevo ✔️Guisantes ✔️Cebolla ✔️Jamón serrano (el de trevelez de Mercadona es solo jamón y sal 👌🏼apto no, súper apto jeje) 🔹Receta🔹 Picamos la Cebollita suuuuuper pequeñito y el jamón tambien (bueno yo lo hago así porque a mi novio no le gusta y así consigo que se la coma 😅, podéis cortarla como más os guste) luego la pochamos en la sartén con aceite de oliva virgen extra y cuando este lista añadimos el jamón y cocinamos un poco. En una olla ponemos a hervir agua, cuando salgan las burbujas añadimos las verduras y los guisantes. Y cuando los guisantes floten será que están listos. Sacamos todo. Y le damos un golpe de sartén a los guisantes con la cebolla y el jamón. Hacemos un huevito plancha y a comer. 🌸Ya os digo que no tiene nada de complicación, pero no todos los días vamos a comer platazos super elaborados jejejej🌸 ❓❓Estad atentos que hoy subo receta buenísima de snack. Pistas: es salado y no necesita frigorífico 😋😋😋 y está que te cagas de bueno, qué será 🤷❓❓🔜
