It can sometimes be challenging to teach my clients to step back and think about the motion. Mind to muscle connection is often overlooked, but once you think about why you’re doing each movement and what the purpose is, all of the mechanics change. . . Learning to isolate and engage the muscles we are targeting can make all the difference in whether you see progress or not. . .
