Not a food photographer but plays one here on the IG 😆⠀ .⠀ .⠀ Legit this is me just making my typical "10 Min Leftover Lunch". I still want to reach through this photo and eat it now. Why does it look so appetizing? I'm eating the rainbow yo 🌈! The only thing on this plate that wasn't meal prepped aka pre-made waiting for me in the fridge to be dumped on a plate was the 1 minute sautéed spinach and the 20 second sliced avocado. ⠀ .⠀ .⠀ Yes I know you are busy. Yes I know you think you don't have enough time. I got news for you friend: we ALL are busy. What I also know to be true is we put TIME and MONEY towards what we see priority in ✨⠀ .⠀ .⠀ Thinking about 2020 on the horizon - a time when everyone wants to jumpstart re-prioritizing health. That can take many forms - food, exercise, sleep, meditation etc...you know I support all of those here. But to me the biggest impact you can have is how you fuel your body. So I challenge you to this: start meal prepping 1 protein and 1 carb per week. Just one. Keep it simple -- maybe just season with salt, pepper and garlic. It doesn't have to be fancy here kids. But it has to be something your reach for instead of reaching for the phone to call takeout. ⠀ .⠀ .⠀ What is standing in the way of you meal prepping? You can't cook? You don't know what spices / recipes to use? You hate leftovers? You're lazy and it's easier to call (I'm getting real here folks!)? CREAMY KETO PASTA + SCALLOPS. Made by: @shredhappens . I’m going with this delicious and easy pasta dish starting with 3 net carb @almondlovewith pasta. This is probably one of my fav recipes with the pasta so far...slightly dangerous… you’ll be reaching for seconds in no time. . Super super easy to make: . 1.Cook a bag of @almondlovewith according to the directions. I went with the soft method, so I just soaked in water while water was boiling and boiled it for 12 minutes. . 2.While the pasta was cooking, I made the sauce. I started by melting 2.5 tablespoons of butter in a sauce pan, adding 2 cups of @josiesorganics spinach, and mixing for 1 minute. . 3. After 1 minute, I added 1.5 tablespoons of cream cheese and mixed everything well for a couple of minutes, then added 1/2 cup cream, 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan, and a couple of garlic cloves. Mix well on low. . 4.Give your sauce a taste and at this point you can add some salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili flakes, lemon zest, or some fresh herbs. You can do whatever you like and all of those are great options. . 5.Once the pasta is boiled, strain, add a couple tablespoons of the pasta water to the sauce to lighten it up if needed, and add the pasta to the sauce and cook for another minute or so together to get the flavors going. . 6.Eat as is, or top with your favorite protein. Endlich mal wieder klassische noats (overnight oats ohne oats quasi) - ganz vergessen wie geil die sind. Und wenn ihr Nussmilch nehmt oder nur Wasser auch vegan 🤩 Rein kommt je 2 EL gemahlene Mandeln und Hanfsamen, ein EL Chia. Süßen, wenig, nach Wahl und entweder über Nacht in den Kühlschrank oder ratzifatzi kurz in die Mikrowelle und ein bisschen abkühlen lassen. Vorher und nachher gründlich umrühren, sonst bildet sich ein riesiger Chiaklumpen 😜 Wer mag kann auch noch Leinsamen reinmachen, spar ich mir aber oft . 🇺🇲 Finally some noats again - totally forgot how great they are, plus easily made vegan with your nut milk of choice 🤩 I'm adding 2tbsp of ground almonds and hemp seeds to mine plus another tbsp of chia (if you like also flax seeds, i often skip them) Now off into the fridge over night or for a quick fix in the microwave and let it cool a little. Actually, everyone got one item they loved. ⁠ 3. We hit all major food groups and it was colorful 😂⁠ 4. It was FAST - Tip👉You can microwave frozen fries/tots in 30 sec increments until slightly thawed, then place them in a higher temp over for final cooking/crisping up. They turn out fantastic in about half the time! ⁠ 5. Mediterranean Lamb Bowl with Tahini Broccoli Slaw from the one and only @shredhappens 🙌🏼⠀ .⠀ I’m giving lamb some love today with this delicious mediterranean inspired lamb dish. I used some lemon pepper marinated lamb and served it on top of a massive dose of @josiesorganics broccoli slaw that I dressed with a tahini lemon garlic dressing. Served with some Persian cucumbers, mini tomatoes, and some baba ghanoush. The tahini lemon dressing is one of my favorites …I can just eat that by the spoonful.⠀ .⠀ Flavor explosion! Or as I like to say… banging!⠀ .⠀ Here is how you can make about 3 servings:⠀ .⠀ 1.Season 1 pound of boneless lamb with a lemon pepper seasoning, juice of 1/2 lemon, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. I used Sadaf, but you can use whatever brand you’d like. Let sit for a few minutes, or if you have time, marinate overnight.⠀ .⠀ 2.While the meat is sitting, get your veggie/salad base ready. I started with a bag of @josiesorganics broccoli slaw that I dressed with a tahini dressing. To make the dressing, I used 2 tablespoons tahini, juice from 1/2 lemon, sea salt, and 1 tsp freshly minced garlic. Mix everything together, then taste. You’ll have to add more tahini/lemon/salt based on your preference if you’d like. Then just toss with your broccoli slaw.⠀ .⠀ 3.Once I was ready to make the lamb, I got a pan ready on medium heat, tossed in 1 tablespoon of oil, and put the lamb in for about 5 minutes per side. These take about 10-15 minutes. Cook until they are no longer pink. Alternatively, you can grill these. Extra bonus points x 1000 if you use a charcoal grill. I didnt have time today.⠀ .⠀ 4.Then I started plating everything. I put the lamb on top of the broccoli slaw, added 1 sliced Persian cucumbers, some cherry tomatoes, and some herbs. I used some lemon pepper marinated lamb and served it on top of a massive dose of @josiesorganics broccoli slaw that I dressed with a tahini lemon garlic dressing. Served with some Persian cucumbers, mini tomatoes, and some baba ghanoush. The tahini lemon dressing is one of my favorites …I can just eat that by the spoonful.⠀ .⠀ Flavor explosion! Or as I like to say… banging!⠀ .⠀ Here is how you can make about 3 servings:⠀ .⠀ 1.Season 1 pound of boneless lamb with a lemon pepper seasoning, juice of 1/2 lemon, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. I used Sadaf, but you can use whatever brand you’d like. Let sit for a few minutes, or if you have time, marinate overnight.⠀ .⠀ 2.While the meat is sitting, get your veggie/salad base ready. I started with a bag of @josiesorganics broccoli slaw that I dressed with a tahini dressing. To make the dressing, I used 2 tablespoons tahini, juice from 1/2 lemon, sea salt, and 1 tsp freshly minced garlic. Mix everything together, then taste. You’ll have to add more tahini/lemon/salt based on your preference if you’d like. Then just toss with your broccoli slaw.⠀ .⠀ 3.Once I was ready to make the lamb, I got a pan ready on medium heat, tossed in 1 tablespoon of oil, and put the lamb in for about 5 minutes per side. These take about 10-15 minutes. Cook until they are no longer pink. Alternatively, you can grill these. Extra bonus points x 1000 if you use a charcoal grill. I didnt have time today.⠀ .⠀ 4.Then I started plating everything. I put the lamb on top of the broccoli slaw, added 1 sliced Persian cucumbers, some cherry tomatoes, and some herbs. . วันนี้ขอมาทักทายยามบ่ายกับขนมคบเคี้ยวแก้ง่วงที่ตอนนี้โปรดปราน และติดงอมแงมมากๆ🤤 🥟ปั้นขลิบไรซ์เบอรรี่ ไส้ไก่หยอง🐔 chicken floss riceberry puffs 133 kcal / c11 p11 f5 📍 @daylean.clean . จริงๆแคทเป็นคนไม่ชอบซื้อขนมคบเคร้ยวเป็นกระปุกๆทานเพราะจะเป็นคนหยุดไม่อยู่ คว่ำกระปุกตลอด แต่ตัวนี้ต้องยอมเขาจริงๆค่ะ เป็นปั้นขลิบคลีนที่ชอบที่สุดแล้ว เพราะรสไม่จัดเกิน ทานแล้วไม่เอียน ไม่มีความมันเลยด้วย😳 แป้งก็กรอบแบบเหมาะสมกับคำว่าคลีนอยู่เลย ชอบส่วนแป้งมากกกก😍 ขอเล่าหน่อยละกันค่า จำได้ว่าครั้งแรกที่ทานแล้วไม่ชอบเพราะไม่รู้ทำไมว่าล๊อตนั้นเค็มเหมือนทำเกลือหก เดาว่าอาจจะมีความผิดพลาดแหละ :( แต่ก็ตัดสินใจมาลองอีกซึ่งมันดีงามกว่าครั้งนั้นมากกกก🥰 ซึ่งทำให้ตอนนี้ซื้อทุกครั้งที่แวะร้านขนมเลยจริงๆ รักมากก💘 #katginkanomclean #katenjoys
