All I want this Christmas is a pair of quads the size of Texas😈🎄 . I have gained like 3 pounds in my reverse diet and sacrificing abs for the sake of building muscle. . It’s hard, and I’m uncomfortable as hellllll (doesn’t help that it’s 🦈 week amirite ladies 😒) . If you want to grow you can’t expect to do so on a calorie deficit. It sucks I know but I didn’t make the rules. . This reverse diet has been the hardest on me mentally! I FINALLY got down to my goal weight this last summer and felt great! But calories needed to be lifted. It was time. But I’m missing the shreds. . ⚠️DISCLAIMER⚠️ I also raised my fats from like 40g to 70g in like two weeks LMAO so that’s MY IDIOT MOVE (plz don’t do that if you don’t wanna gain fast.) So really I can’t be mad cuz i know better 🤷🏻‍♀️. . Evaluate your actions. 10/10 times your results are dictated by ACTIONS. 10/10! . Happy Hump Day Everyone! 🍑 . It’s my first real training session since Thanksgiving & being sick. It’s SO hard for me to stay away from the gym, but I’m so happy I didn’t go yesterday because my session kicked BOOTY today. Except I trained chest... not legs😂👌🏻 . . I hit not one but TWO bench PRs today after being sick for a few days. Like holy wowza, the human body is amazing, like how?!😱🥵 . ❕First video - 100 lbs ❗️Second Video - 105 lbs . . My bulk has me feeling strong, but I have to say it can be difficult to stay positive seeing all my muscles disappear from the summer. 😅Along with a bulk comes a little more fat. Learning to embrace my body no matter how it looks. What matters more is how I feel.... and damn I feel strong.💪🏻😈 Also PEEP those back gains, holy moly. . . I usually train upper body 2-3 times a week with one day focused on chest. Having chest muscles really helps to define my upper body. Don’t be afraid to train chest or to train hard. 🙌🏻You don’t look manly ... promise.☺️ . . Hope everyone has had a productive Wednesday!
