Ergänzung des Lauftrainings: Reicht es nicht aus einfach nur zu laufen?Was wäre optimal? Das Training sollte im besten Fall durch ein Krafttraining ergänzt werden, denn dieses führt zu einer starken Körpermitte, welche wiederum gerade zum Ende hin das typische „zusammensacken“ verhindert. Kann man auch super im Wald mit integrieren😍 Auch die Beweglichkeit und Flexibilität wird leider viel zu oft vernachlässigt. Hier sorgt ein kleines bewusstes Stretchingprogramm zum Abschluss für Abhilfe. Ihr wisst ja, ich stehe total aufs Mobility-Training, bei welchem dann Beweglichkeit, Kräftigung und Stabi vereint wird. Für den guten Laufstil kann man immer mal wieder Übungen aus dem Lauf ABC mit einfließen lassen. Es schult nicht nur die Koordination, sondern macht einem die Bewegungsabläufe auch bewusster. Das klingt jetzt alles etwas viel, ist aber recht schnell machbar und gut in den Lauf mit einzufügen. Ich sehe es leider immer wieder in meinen Trainings, dass die typischen Läufer zwar fit in Bezug auf Ausdauer sind, aber der Rest auf der Strecke bleibt, wodurch sie zum Einen nicht das volle Potential ausschöpfen können, und zum Anderen verletzungsanfälliger sind.
